Step 1: Society Evaluation (Understanding the Needs of The Residents)

The first step is to meet the society members & understanding their expectations

Step 2: Feasibility Report (Conducting An In-depth Location Analysis)

Next is to study the plot and documents then making a brief presentation about the redevelopment overview.

Step 3: Terms and Conditions

After preparing the feasibility report, our team will meet the society members to discuss about the terms & conditions of the redevelopment process.

Step 4: Design (Preparing the Redevelopment Blueprint)

This step involves the designing of project blueprint, involving the architectural design of the proposed flats and outdoor spaces as per the expectations of existing society members.

Step 5: Presentation and Selection

In this step, we will present the architectural plans in front of society members. Once the layout of the building and the flats are finalized, we present the draft of the redevelopment agreement. The draft has to be finalized and made to be signed ready.

Step 6: Agreement and Procuring Municipal Sanction (Final Plan & Sanctions)

With the signed and registered agreement, we proceed with the process of procuring sanction from the municipal corporation for the finalized layout.

Step 7: Shifting of Residents and Physical

Possession of The Property. Once commercial terms have been fulfilled, we assist the Society members for sourcing rental accommodation for the period of the construction.

Step 8: Commencing Redevelopment as Per Sanctioned Plan

The building is thus ready to be handed over for redevelopment. The process of redevelopment will be initiated and completed as per the sanctioned plan.

Step 9: Project Completion & With Completion Certificate

Once the redevelopment work is accomplished as per the sanctioned plan, our team will approach to the existing flat owners for occupancy and handed over the completion certificate.

Step 10: Handover of Homes with New Member Inductions

Last but not least, Handing Over Ceremony. A grand ceremony of the handing over the building to residents with inductions of newly joined members is carried out.
